In dire need of comic relief?
This won’t take long so grab your favorite cup of whatever and be prepared to smile with it.
Mishka and Laika are two Siberian Huskies who have no issues with voicing out their thoughts. So much so in fact that it’s rather easy to understand what’s going on. But to help their viewers, human dad decided to put subtitles to give a better idea of what’s going on.
Matt Gardea is the human father of these two dogs.
He has a lot of videos of his two furry kids which you can check out on his channel. They seem to get along great too. These dogs are present everywhere Matt goes, even taking part in mundane activities. It’s the conversations that seem to be everyone’s favorites though.
Here’s Mishka just lazing around, enjoying the day when in comes Laika full of energy.
Mishka gives her a look. THAT look.
Laika goes, “Hey you!”, over and over again.
Mishka responds with an emphatic, “NO.”
Come on, Mishka. Don’t be so glum.
Laika drops to the floor, using her puppy dog eyes in a pleading act which the other dog ignores. Doubt that would work… Laika bounds back up pestering her friend, who at this point, looks really annoyed.
“Come on!”
goes Laika,
“No, leave me.”
says Mishka.
Mishka says she’s really tired. Laika’s not having it, insisting on her way. She pesters the tired Mishka until finally the tired one responds with a line all of us can relate to.
“Since when did you become my mom? I’m the alpha.”
That was a good one. Drop the mic!
Laika drops to the floor again, looking dejected. All she wanted to do was play with her best friend!
But she is one determined Husky. Back on her fours, Laika again tries to reason with the now extremely irritated Mishka who gets up a bit, showing how irate she is with her body language. Not a good idea, Laika.
“You’re rude.” says Laika.
Mishka, now sounding like a broken record, says she doesn’t want to, over and over again. Laika goes around, facing her friend, then circles back the other way. She has so much energy, no wonder she wants to go out and play. Mishka maintains her position, barely moving, defiant as always.
“Nooooooooo!”, retorts Mishka.
“Yes! Play now!”, responds the undaunted Laika, who now is trying her best not to jump around.
These two huskies go back and forth over the same argument.
Those voices are getting louder too. What a house to live in. Matt must be a man who spends his days laughing at the antics of these two.
Laika tries one last time to get Mishka to play with her. But Mishka really does not want to. But hey, they are best friends and as Mishka lets out one last “Nooooo”, Laika hits her with an “I love you”.
Mishka responds with a very Han Solo-like, “I know.”
Maybe tomorrow, Laika. Your friend loves you even though she can be such a grouch at times. Must be one of those days. Go on and play now. We’ll be checking out your other videos. Just need another drink.
