Partners should always stick to each other, right? That’s certainly important, especially in the line of duty while our brave officers fight crime on the streets in order to make us safe. Would you also be there for your partner when he’s down?

This K9 had no qualms about it as he rushed to visit his partner who got wounded in a shooting.

I swear to you, I’ll be there for you

Officer Webb Sistrunk, who was critically wounded in a triple-shooting was admitted to a Piedmont Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia, where he underwent treatment f0r the bullet wound to the right shoulder.

“The Sistrunk family thanks everyone for their continued prayers for our officer,” the police department said in a statement, “and asks that you keep the Buechner and Elliott families in your prayers as well.”

His fellow police officers and hospital staff wanted to do something special for Webb to speed up his recovery so they arranged for his faithful K9 partner, Leon, to visit him at the hospital.
