Many animals understand the concept of kindness and they have their ways of returning it to us, especially dogs. Dogs could become your loyal friend after they have deemed you as trustworthy. As such, once you show them even a small hint of kindness, they would always remember that deed and will repay that kindness with their loyalty.
This story of a stray dog and a stranger might just make your eyes tear up.

Some people perceive strays as dangerous, but Mohd Ridhuan doesn’t – he sees them as animals who require help. Last August, Ridhuan was strolling on the beach in Malaysia where he and his friends usually hang out.

It was at that moment when he crossed a pack of stray dogs. He decided to approach them. Ridhuan loves animals, and when he realized that those dogs were hungry, he bravely stepped up to try to offer some food to them.
His bravery paid off as he discovered that the dogs were happy to see him.

Since then, the man regularly visits the stray dogs on the beach to feed them.

Ridhuan visits the four pooches on the beach whenever he has time to spare after his job. As much as he looks forward to meeting them, the dogs also feel the same excitement upon seeing the kindhearted stranger that feeds them.

One of the dogs, a brown and white dog named Sally, had been more excited for Ridhuan’s visits than the other dogs.
One day, Ridhuan missed a day of hanging out with the dogs. He was surprised by what happened next.
Ridhuan works at a local convenience store and there was a time when he could not make his visit to the beach. To his surprise, he found Sally hanging around at his workplace; he then realized that she has tracked him down.
Sally made the convenience store her new home so she could spend more time with Ridhuan.
Whenever Ridhuan’s shift ends, Sally will always stare at him with her sad puppy eyes.
“She always makes a sad face every time I go home,” Ridhuan told The Dodo. “She’s clingy, cheerful, and protective.”
Ridhuan is not allowed to have dogs in his apartment so he is desperately trying to find Sally a better and safer home.
Hanging out at the convenience store with Ridhuan is safer for Sally than her roaming on the beach.

However, Ridhuan wants what was best for her – a proper home. Unfortunately, Ridhuan can not take her himself. So he is trying to find Sally a new home, possibly nearby, so he can ensure her safety as well as continue visiting the sweet pooch whenever he has the time.
He spread the news about Sally on Twitter, and he received a lot of responses from various people.
“The first time I posted about animals, especially dogs, I received a lot of compliments and harsh comments,” Ridhuan said. “I don’t care about it — I just look at the good side and continue doing what I’m doing.”
