Our pups are SO much more than furry animals who happen to live with us – they are our friends! Dogs have earned the title of mankind’s best friend and it’s for good reason. They have been with us for a VERY long time and as a result, they have found various niches to thrive in.

Depending on the breed, a dog can pretty much do anything! Need a protector? A mastiff or Great Dane would be great! Need a cuddle bug? A pug of a vizsla is perfect! From one video, we may have just learned which breed makes the best dance partner.

Weddings are always unique. There are so many things that can be tailored to the individual, from the decorations to the location, there are as many wedding options as there are people! For Sara, one aspect of her wedding was changed in a way that allowed her to dance with her best friend.

Of all the rituals and staples of weddings, the various dances are often where we see people’s fun ideas come out.

The most famous dance moments we see at weddings (at least Western weddings) usually include the father-daughter dance and the mother-son dance. It’s a last chance for the parents to have a quiet moment or word with their kid and spend some time dancing in an intimate parental moment. Bride.com explains:

“Initially, in the previous era, the father would have the first dance with his daughter and then ‘give her away’ to her husband,” wedding planner Alicia Mae explains. The father would demand a final dance before giving their daughters to their new man (often a stranger). Then the bride and groom would have their first dance. “As culture evolved, many couples opted for the first dance to be theirs,” Mae says. “Now, you will find the father-daughter dance taking place right after the newlywed’s first dance.”

This dog is so good that he honestly puts most humans to shame! If this pup showed up at a dance competition, it wouldn’t even be a challenge! Over the course of the 2-minute video, there are waaay too many moves to even go over. It clearly took hours of practice and training between them to get this routine down!

As far as “best men” go, this dog has won the “goodest boi” award.
